Weekly Goal Tracker

A structured planner for setting, monitoring, and reflecting on personal goals each week

GeneralWorksheetFree Resource

Setting clear, specific goals is one of the most reliable predictors of behavior change. Research on implementation intentions (Gollwitzer & Sheeran, 2006; updated meta-analyses through 2023) shows that writing down concrete goals, along with when and how you will pursue them, dramatically increases follow-through. This tracker helps you define one meaningful goal each week, break it into daily action steps, and reflect on your progress. Use it to build momentum, identify obstacles early, and celebrate small wins that sustain motivation over time.

At the start of each week, write your primary goal in the first row. Then fill in a specific action step for each day. At the end of each day, note whether you completed the step, partially completed it, or encountered a barrier. Use the final row to reflect on what you learned and how you might adjust next week's approach.
