This check-in helps you tune into your current emotional state by rating the intensity of several core emotions. Regular use builds your ability to recognize and name what you are feeling, which research shows is itself a powerful emotion regulation strategy.

Rate each emotion on a scale from 0 (not at all) to 4 (very intense). There are no right or wrong answers. Simply notice what is present for you right now.
