Identifying and Understanding Your Worries
Everyone worries sometimes, and a little bit of worry can actually be helpful because it prepares you for challenges. But when worries get too big or happen too often, they can make it hard to enjoy your day. This worksheet will help you name your worries, notice how they feel in your body, and start thinking about what you can do when worry shows up.
Think about the things that worry you most. For each worry, write down what category it falls into (school, friends, family, health, or other), describe how it feels in your body when you have that worry, rate how strong the worry feels from 1 (a little) to 5 (a lot), and write one thing you could try to help yourself feel better.
